1. LIPA’s Marketing Department will allow the public shows that are photographed to be used by the cast, directors, production team and creative crew for the following use only:

In their own personal portfolio or on their own website and social media to represent their individual contribution to a performance, whilst studying or working at LIPA so students/graduates/directors can promote their work to gain employment.

2. The user of the photograph(s) shall not grant sub-licences to third parties including for the avoidance of doubt all media to use any of the photographs in any circumstances.

3. The user of the photograph(s) must not misrepresent their own contribution to the production.

4. The user of the photograph(s) agrees not to use the photograph in any way that is unlawful, libellous, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable.

5. The user of the photograph(s) must credit the photographer whenever they use the image.

6. LIPA’s marketing department will arrange for the photographs to be available digitally for download and will be valid as long as your LIPA/third party email address is still active. Any persons who wish to take advantage of this offer after that world need to resubmit another request.

7. Any persons who wish to make use of the photographs must complete this form for our records. Submission of this form will go to the LIPA Marketing Department where it will be processed and access granted.

8. By completing this form you are agreeing to adhere to the terms and conditions of use as stipulated in this form. A copy of these terms and conditions will be sent to you as part the photo request process.
